I don't think anyone has talked about this yet but I have found a small opening in the water at the base of a mountain of the dock for the airships of the capital. When I wandered inside, I was greeted with this.
The writings on the wall go like this:
Frantic a blind frenzy of emotions I try vainly to contain.
Helpless to hold back this reckless torrent of a past I cannot name...
Empty anger has no meaning when your history is depleting...
Sane old memories you can't contain always only used in vain...
Frantic Helpless Empty Sane I will never feel mercy ever again *Mercy*.

What is interesting is that there are four weapons lined up alongside the redstone, like it's being powered by them or some type of force, what I do know is that the area feels restless, and the names of the weapons are the same, Happy Dagger - Black Hand.

Does anyone know about their significance?
