Basically it's been more than 1 year since the town chest was disabled, since then there has not been another town perk for level 23. It would be nice if the town chest get added again or another different perk.

They kinda all need a pass in fairness but it's fair to at least replace this one with at least something.

Unrelated but, putting alliance worthy after becoming a town would make more sense to stop random towns that have existed for a day from joining an alliance. Swapping pearlescent in the place of improved infrastructure would make the barrier for entry a lot lower and allow newer players to have a functional town instead of getting bored and quitting once the town level stops going up as fast, or getting raided and qutting.

The primary complaint I've heard from players starting a town is that it's a pain in the ass, especially when pearl gates are so far into the town levelling journey. So this could help.
