Don't Make New Towns

I know all existing towns got a boost in balance to compensate for bugs and transfers. I wanted to ask for a new player if the issue with gens will be fixed soon. Xleet was asking about gens and portals but I told him to hold off on making a gen because they're not consuming emeralds still.

I just wanted to post for the sake of Anyone thinking about starting a new town. If a generator is made you won't be able to up the balance until crypt can take a look. A new gen will fall into ruin the following day if deposits aren't made, if I'm not mistaken.

Just a heads up for people like xleet and our friendly neighborhood cryptite

So now that generators are beginning to fail due to this bug, on both worlds, shall we assume raiding is banned?
