Double diamonds are too weak. It costs 120 CP for 200 double diamonds, which only benefits a single person or couple. I think it needs a buff so it will benefit the alliance as a whole rather than the first person to buy it. Something smarter would be; After buying double diamonds the entire alliance will have double diamond drops at all RI's for the next 30 minutes. Maybe that's too strong or not strong enough but it should be put in a format where it helps everybody over one person.

Agreed, this will encourage town-wide mining sessions, and therefore lead to a lot more activity (ganks!) on the resource isles as a whole

These perks are balanced around one another. All economy ones are supposed to be somewhat close to one another once you factor in cost and effort required. Having an open-ended one with effectively infinite value is dangerous and directly benefits larger towns, which is not the intention of Rivina.

I hate people buying this one, especially when not all the industry ones have been used. Don't think this is the solution though, would be too strong.

Maybe allocate diamonds to each town in the alliance, so that every town at least gets SOME double diamonds. But then I doubt it'll ever be bought, since this is only bought when 1 guy wants to go mining and just get all the double drops.
