Disclaimer (optional to read) It has been a very long time (almost a year) so I am not 100% sure what fully happened but I am taking some parts of this story from other posts (Lexxnd, and Zourn's appeals) since they were banned for the same reason as I was
I am going to confess to the stuff I did to the LokaMC community because it has been long enough for me to not care about trying to hide the stuff I had done. I have changed a lot in the past almost a year since I was banned mainly from 5'4 - 5'10, but I do hope for the LokaMC staff to consider this appeal for a temp-ban instead

Hello LokaMC I joined Loka around 13 months ago when I heard of Loka from a few close friends of mine that were saying how it is a great diamond pot server with .33% more damage. I wasn't very hooked onto Loka since I was just starting on CPvP (Crystal PvP) until months later my friend Zourn (7app, Zurrn, and Rjku are his other names) told me and a few other friends to start maining LokaMC with him. I enjoyed the time when we played Loka together because it is a different experience from other servers like the player base is something I haven't seen ever.
First ban l Town Betrayal
My first ever ban on LokaMC is when I took pearls and gunpowder from Bokia's town and left I was co-owner of the town at that point and I joined another town with my friends. I woke up tomorrow finding out I was banned for 1 week for the betrayal. I deeply apologize for what I had done to Bonka I am aware it was wrong of me, but I didn't know that town betrayal was a ban. Still though I am sorry for that incident.
Second l Ban Assisting

I joined a discord call with Spartan and his banned friend BestOfNiger or Salkd we call him. Me, Lexxnd, and Zourn knew them and others from various different servers like XiczSMP, NickxzSMP, etc. And even more poeple were in that call like Blade and Xicz which we also knew from the other SMPS I mentioned before. Sparten asked all of us to drop at Zyre with him. We went but that was one of my biggest mistakes on LokaMC due to the fact that we knew before hand that Salkd is Alting because he told us and we /find his username. I am sorry for my negligence there for not reporting him to the LokaMC moderation team. I tried appealing this a few months later which got denied because of the added on Xraying ban which removed the 4 month bad I had on the Ban screen so it looked like I had lied in the appeal and got me denied.
Third ban l Xraying

3 Months after my ban for Ban Assisting I logged onto loka to check the ban screen to see if I had gotten unbanned. To my shock I found out that I was banned for Ban Assisting/Xraying which reset the timer on the Ban but you can still check when I was first banned due to me being banned first out of me, Lexxnd, and Zourn. For xraying I have very little memory of what happened since I have no stable stories or well written appeals like Lexxnd's that I can base off of for my story. I remember in Bonka's town I would go down a hole and start X-raying for diamonds, after I got banned for Town Betrayal I went to Peti's town which I X-rayed the most at for a few weeks or months. Soon after that we went to a town owned by Scortain where I didn't xray due me having enough Diamonds and ores like that. There is where I (Lexxnd, and Zourn) got banned at. I am very sorry for my actions and I do expect some consequences like a Ender Chest clear or something around that. I am do apologize to the LokaMC mods that had to spend time to find out who was X-Raying on their server. I am fully admiting that All My Bans Are Not False. I deserve all the punishments that I was given. But I do hope that the LokaMC Moderation team does forgive me after all this time. I am aware it is very likely to be a temp-ban or just a denied unban, but I am sorry for the actions I had made all those months ago.
The reason I am trying to get unbanned on LokaMC is because I have gotten new intrest in the server due to Crystal PvP falling off and I have more and more friends trying to play Loka more. I personally feel like I should wait a bit until a full year goes by since this is my third offence and I most likely wouldn't get temp-banned due to the situation I am currently in.
In Summary of what I have said so far is that I am very sorry in what I had done in the past. I hope the LokaMC Mods have it in them to hear me out in what my situation is I very very very deeply apologize for those bans I had done. I personally can't even explain how I feel myself. On one hand It has been almost a year since that second ban but on the other It has only been around 7 months since that Third ban.I am NOT trying to make the votes bias from this statement I am just stating how I feel and why I feel this way.
