Suggestion Elytra fly in Rivina

I believe that being able to fly in Rivina would save time and overall be a nice addition to Loka, most players often have to struggle with walking on a daily basis because it takes way too long for most tiles.

Flight is the future!

honestly get 70 more people grind 70 times more and warp 70 times more and have all the tiles in balak i dont see a issue here 1/3 please make appropriate suggestions???

I edited the suggestion, rivina is still a part of the suggestion its not just balak.
