We were banned today (02/08/2023) for supposedly using a glitch in order to raid the town "Lemonade City" on the 22/07/2023. A few days later a guardian contacted us telling us that we needed to return the items in order to avoid bans as we had no proof of legally getting into the base we complied and we were given a list of items to return. Whilst getting the items ready we noticed that some of the items had been taken by staff (lores etc.) with no further dms to me (I was the one dealing with it at the time) so we thought everything was sorted. Roughly a week after that (today) all 5 of us were perm banned.

We still have the items that can be returned, including the building blocks that were despawned which we grinded back to give to staff and would be able to do so if unbanned.
We'd understand a shorter ban being put in place for the time taken for staff but but we believe that a perma ban is quite harsh for what was done overall (in the case that the items were returned).

maybe i misunderstood something in vc once but iam 99% sure i remember someone saying you guys used a hack named "click tp" to get into the town.
And if i really misunderstood in vc or someone was trolling then you did not only abuse a Bug but also didnt report it to the Loka Moderation Team which is another rule break (Rule 3.1) and the first who discovered it also shared it with the others which got banned, another Rule break (Rule 3.1).
So you did 3 Rule breaks and you guys obviously knew what you were doing as multiple guys did it. Thats why i think in this case a permanent ban is the right decision.
