I'm trying to prove that I'm not the person you think I am, as I'm genuinely new. I can post a photo of the back of my router box to prove I'm not using any sort of VPN. I will get personal as well and tell you my address if I have to. I don't have any friends here, I don't know anyone in Minecraft outside my local friends here in Tennessee.

Estagol Ban Appeal

I was accused of ban evading using a VPN, but I'm new. I was shown that my IP was suspicious ( I live less than a mile from a college and I use fiber-optic internet, so I might share similarities to their ip). The IP is my true IP, and I can show proof my isp matches for the IP. However they are deliberating it from what I was told.
We have since spoken to Estagol and asked various questions to help us better understand the situation. We had multiple points of evidence and reasons to believe they were not who they claimed to be, however almost all of them can now be explained. As a result of this, we are confident enough that they are who they claim to be and have been unbanned. It was a bit of a perfect storm of events and we got this one wrong. We hold our hands up and apologise to Estagol for the time they have spent getting this resolved.
