Type /register while in-game to register for a forums account.

I have 200ms and it's very hard to play, I used to play with exitlag on other servers, would this be of great help to people like me

This has been suggested multiple times, and each time we have explained how it is not feasible. We have no plans to allow Exitlag or implement exceptions.
