Which rank you are applying for: Guardian
What you think is expected of this rank: Becoming a Guardian comes with greater responsibilities than that of a Sentry, therefore the very best is expected out of all individuals that choose to apply for this position. Guardians are expected to have a perfect, if not NEAR perfect, recollection of all server rules. You must be able to put personal feelings aside whilst dealing with disputes and the various reports. Guardians should have a great perception and understanding of situations and know how to deal with them in a professional, unbiased manner. The most notable qualities I believe a Guardian should have is patience and being able to keep an open mind when working with others to solve any problem they might come across.
Why you think you should become this rank: I feel I could be promoted Guardian for a few reasons. As stated on my Sentry application, I have a lot of experience as a moderator and as an admin on a few different servers. With that being said, I have experience with screensharing throughout my time being a staff member on multiple servers, so I could definitely be of use in that area if needed. Secondly, I feel I have the expected qualities of being a guardian that I stated above. I am able to put personal feelings aside to help all players in the community (all players includes Spanish speaking individuals as well), and work well with others to resolve any problematic situations any players come across. Honestly, I do admit from my 4 years of playing on Loka there have been a few moments that I'm not proud of, but reflecting back to my past self compared to how I currently am, I can definitely say I have changed and matured a grand amount. Lastly, I do understand that being granted this rank comes with a great amount of responsibility, and if I am able to assume the position of Guardian I will do my very best.
