I'm Making this suggestion because there are a million bugged achievements on loka, i'm going to list the ones i find in this forum post, starting with the bugged home portal module meaning it's connected achievement is impossible.

above is the clip showing an active home portal radar module simply not working when attempting to warp home via the tgen, showing that the achievement "Home Free" is impossible. i will send more bugged achievements very soon.

Buck's Eastside Cavern Run Currently impossible
When you speak with Buck Gambol at the entrance to the parkour, the checkpoints will pop up for a second and then immediately dissapear. i assume this means upon completing the parkour the achievement won't be gained, but either way this does not matter. as when you reach a certain point in the parkour, a section will come up that is impossible, due to what i am assuming to be boost pads similar to the ones on the way to Zyre and in Zyre keep being non functional.

Clip above shows that at this point in the parkour, it becomes impossible to continue due to lack of boost pads (trust me i've spent ALOT longer than this looking for a way up there isn't one)

Questline "The End of an Era" bugged and cannot be completed

This questline and what i assume to be it's associated achievement "Time-Lost Cataclysm" is completely bugged once you reach a certain point in the questline. i completed the majority of this quest months ago up until the point it became impossible, and recently came back to record this clip to report the bugged questline. Essentially, when you get to the point you have to travel with Frodii to Garama to meet Bab the builder in his hut, where he is simply missing. You will get the quest to meet him complete, but since there is no NPC to talk to, the questline is essentially locked here.

I fixed a bug here where if you swap a radar module out it will not online (until a restart) so that may fix that specific instance of the Home Portal module/achievement not working. In testing it should've worked upon a restart though.
