Suggestion Forge, Brewery, and portals

These are just my ideas for new industries

Forge -
This would be similar to the enchantment industry, a stone room with an anvil in the middle, and an input chest at the back.
Using the anvil in the middle would take half (Or a quarter, or three quarters, could vary depending on the town's level) the xp cost off anything combined on it, as well as giving it the 'forged in' subtitle.
When the anvil breaks, an anvil from the input chests instantly replaces it.
alternately, the forge could be powered by lava buckets, and when the anvil breaks a lava bucket is used up.
(Not compatible with the enchantment industry, otherwise too op)
Brewery -
A brewing stand in the middle of a room, produces potions as soon as the resources are placed in the brewing stand.
Powered by glass bottles placed in the input chest
(No real advantage, I just thought having 'brewed in' under a potion would be cool)
Nether Portal -
basically just a nether portal, powered by flint and steels. when a member of a town steps through it, a portal opens in the nether at one of several locations randomly. the portal is closed on the nether side by the players of the town exiting the nether.
Members from an enemy town could walk through the portal to get to the town and raid it.
End Portal -
Works in the same way as the nether portal, only with a end portal

For the sake of balancing, maybe the end and nether portals aren't compatible?
Also, it would be nice to double up industries such as dungeons.
To keep this balanced, every time you get another of one industry, the price would be double what it was before.

No thanks, I like the fact that some towns don't have auto-brewers. Nether Portals sound so badly like a factions feature and I suppose the end portal too, forge sounds cool though.

Portals could be cool, I think, as a leveling perk. They could maybe spit you out in a random location as to avoid camping. If you want to be super safe it's probably best to use the ships at spawn so you can check for players and be in a safe zone, but if you want ease of access, you can use your town's nether portal and get sent randomly into a PvP-enabled area.
