What you think is expected of this rank:
Guardian is the final step in becoming a part of the administration of Loka, besides Elder, and is a highly regarded and respected position. There is a great deal expected of a Guardian, and since first applying, the expectation of Guardians have remained the same in my eyes: Guardians are prepared to catch people breaking the rules in every facet and to moderate chat as a Sentry would. They also need to be able to solve a wide variety of other problems that players may have. Guardians must conduct themselves well to the player-base, setting an example for everybody on the server. Guardians are personable, friendly, and active members of the server whom anyone can approach about a problem. As well as the former, they need to be in-tune with what is going on in the community, as well as being someone players know they can speak to. Moreover, Guardians need to be unbiased and able to work well with the other staff, as well as the player-base, despite what side of the line they might be on. Their utmost concern is always the players and wellness of the server, and they do not hesitate to act in situations that regard themselves, their town, and their close friends.

Over the last year and a half, I have strived to help this server in every way possible. Whether it be moderating chat as a Sentry, developing skins and quests for the PvE team, editing the wiki as a Loka Historian, or making continued suggestions as an LCR, I strive to do my best for this server and help it out in any way I can. Now I could sit here and tell you everything I’ve done in these roles or why I think I am qualified, but the bottom line is this: I love this server, I love what I do, and that’s why I do it. It’s no secret that I’ve wanted to become a Guardian since I applied back in March, however, only until recently did I realize what that step means. After thinking about it for some time, I know that I applied way too early. This time around, I’m ready to take the jump into Guardianship on this server, and give it my all. Young? Sure, however, I believe that maturity and work ethic are key to this position, not necessarily how old you are. I believe I am ready for the responsibilities of Guardian, despite my age. Above all, I will put forth my absolute best to administer this server to the highest degree possible. Loka has become something more than anyone could have imagined over this past year, and as Guardian I will help support this growth, however possible. In addition to taking on the responsibilities that come with being Guardian, I will uphold those that come with being a Sentry, LCR, and PvE Developer. Overall, I know that I am ready for and will excel as Guardian, and would like to thank all in support of my application, it means a great deal.
