GIF resizing help

Hello all! Yea I have a bunch of awesome gifs i want to use that are all above 2something kb limit. Yes I have looked online for ones at that limit or smaller but it dosnt quite work out and i only have a small collection. So my question is does anyone know to to resize them to that size so i can use them or is it a possibility to raise the kb limit or whatever? im just curious. And if anyone knows how to resize, my comp is a MacbookPro 2011. Thanks for the help
