Suggestion Give capitals a 5 minute timer to move their capital before the announcements start at end of month.

Basically in loka most of alliances move their capitals from a town to another (so every1 can atleast get the achievement).And to do that they have to change it after the capitals are announced.It would be much more helpful if there was a 5 minute timer so the capitals can be transfered.

You get the achievement after truce, not after capitals. When capitals are decided you can transfer it to a different town and after truce the town owner will get the achievement.
