Suggestion Give zone owners feathering permissions to feather chest in their own zone

Hi there, I just thought of an idea right now where an owner of a zone is able to feather what ever they want in their zone. This would make it so people can stop asking owners to check their chests when it's 1 - 7 am for them and they just wanna sleep.

so people can stop asking owners to check their chests

/town perm then demote feather thing. So now they can feather their chests. If you think someone's stealing something from your chest, you can't report it yourself, the person who owns town just can do it.
