Graphical Design for Loka: A History

First off, sorry for posting multiple separate threads in the past couple of days.

But more importantly, I'm looking for a person or two who are familiar with graphic design stuff (I don't even know if that's the right term exactly). Loka: A History is going to be in a format similar to a history textbook, but less boring of course.

My first question: how could the book be formatted in a way that resembles a history book? Doesn't have to be an exact copy or anything, just the general form. Would it be easy?
My second question: If anyone is experienced in this sort of stuff, would they be willing to help me out with formatting and design? You will be credited big time in the book if you are able and willing to help, if that is any incentive. Just let me know.

I'm still in the process of working on the outline. Once that is done, I will show it to you and kind of give a run down of what I'm hoping to accomplish.

Use Google Docs: https://docs.google.com (and look at templates and click More to expand the list)

There should be templates there to choose from which will help you get started with a nice looking set of formatting. Two suggestions would be Essay (Paperback) or Report (Luxe) under the Education section.

Plus people can help out and you can have collaborators that can suggest edits (but not edit the main document).

I will do that. Just working on my outline now so I can get the general idea of how it will go. Once that's done I'll do a template and share the link. I'll probably try to keep editing permission to a few people, and give everyone viewing permission. If people want to edit, they can be given a link.

The big roadblock I currently have is trying to line up everything in Generation 1 and 2. The split of events is tough to follow when you aren't familiar with it.
