About My First Ban
Hello Lokans,
I received my first ban 13 months ago. The reason was "Hate Speech." Firstly, the ban was temporary, then i have sent very inappropriate message, Staff changed it to a permament. I want to apologize to anyone who was offended by this awful and unnecessary message.. The whole situation occurred during the banning of an alliance with highly inappropriate channel names on Discord (Deszczowka Alliance). Both bans were definitely justified, and once again, I apologize to the administration for wasting their time, as well as to the players who were hurt by this situation.
My alting story
Two months after receiving the ban, I decided to start using an alt. My alt account was "viwy," which joined the server on May 10, 2024. The reason for using an alt was the desire to play with my friends, which I now realize was very childish and unnecessary behavior. My time playing on the alt didn’t last long, as I was banned again on July 16, 2024. With time, I understand that this wasn’t fair to other players, and I want to apologize to everyone who interacted with that account, as well as for wasting the server admins’ time.
My Loka story
My journey with Loka began on June 23, 2021, when I was invited to the server by kaqqi. It was a short period where I was just starting to understand how the server worked and what to do on it. After a long break, I returned to actively playing at the beginning of 2023, and from that point on, I was an active player. I considered Loka a great way to spend time at the computer and a place where I could play with my friends. I look back on that time fondly, and thanks to the server, I met many great people like Lathi and Ghura people I wouldn’t have had the chance to meet otherwise. I didn’t particularly stand out among other players. I tried to be kind and helpful, but I mostly interacted with people from my alliance and town. I actively participated in battles, and my gameplay on the server was mainly focused on PVP.
Appologize
Over time, I’ve come to realize that my behavior was improper. Both bans were absolutely justified, and my actions were childish and wrong. I take full responsibility for what I did and have no excuses. The only thing I can do is apologize—to the players and to the Loka community administration. I want to apologize to the players for the terrible messages that should have never crossed my mind, and for my shameful and unfair behavior while using an alt. As for the administration, I sincerely apologize for wasting their time—time that could have been spent on anything else rather than chasing alts or reading awful messages on Discord.
Reflection
I know that the time I’ve waited might not be enough for an immediate unban, but I’m hoping for a chance at a temporary ban and a return to the server after a set period. My bans have shown me that I behaved in a childish and disrespectful way toward both the players and the administration. They also showed me that using alts gets discovered quickly. However, I also know that my behavior has changed over time, and I’m confident that I wouldn’t make the same mistake again. I understand that due to my past behavior, some players view me negatively—and rightly so.I can only apologize to them. I’m confident in the changes I’ve made, and I believe there are people in the Loka community who can vouch for that.
Lastly, I want to once again apologize for my disgraceful actions. I hope we’ll meet again on the server and face off in battles and duels!
