You should probably inform people when new rules are added. Like those horse ones.

Also...

14. Horses
14.1. Horses being ridden or used in PvP or raiding can be killed and stolen.
14.2. Horses outside the circumstances listed in 14.1 cannot be killed unless they are wild.
14.3. Horses outside the circumstances listed in 14.1 cannot be stolen if they have a name tag.

What about a "wild" horse that are named?

I tried to however i could not get book shelves to work at spawn and i would need crypt to add the new ones to /rules. I will try and get the info up at spawn tomorrow.

In my opinion if a horse is named it is not wild and therefore cannot be stolen or killed.

I think the rules should only protect named horses.

The current horse rules are too complicated to remember or explain.

That's a stretch, don't you think? It's very straightforward.

They aren't complicated, but they're written poorly. Here's my revision.
14. Horses
14.1. Horses being ridden or used in PvP or raiding can be killed and stolen
14.2. Wild Horses can be killed, caged horses can't
14.3. Caged horses can be stolen unless they're named
On a side note I think we should add that stealing off of mules/donkeys is ok.

What if I am leading an unsaddled horse, can someone kill it? And really, nobody is asking the truly serious question.

If I have 800 mules that I used to steal from a town, and are leaving the town whilst leading 800 donkeys, and someone fires a Fire Aspect I+ bow at my army of donkeys in an attempt to stop me from stealing his sandstone, but accidentally hits an exposed TNT block that is part of a self-destruct device in that town, which then explodes and kills all 800 donkeys and 40 named horses that his town (not him) owned... would the archer be punished?

I don't believe he would, as he just blew up his own town. So derp to him.

Ok so here is the issue. I write a rule to avoid people finding loopholes in it. People then complain it's too complicated. If i make it any more simplified then it doesn't explain the rule properly and it gets abused with people saying the rules didn't say it wasn't allowed. I can't win.

For example your amendment of the rules psy is very open to interpretation. If the horse isn't in a physical enclosure that resembles a cage, people will use the excuse the horse wasn't in a cage.
