The title says it all, the hook talent does not work whatsoever. I was attempting to use it in a VotA and when I shot the loaded arrow, it would not fling me forward. And yes, the arrow was within the 30 block range.

Update: I tested it in the proving grounds and for some reason now it works in there. I'm not sure what's going on honestly
