At ports players cannot attach a lead, open a horse's inventory or dismount. Its an inconvenience when players are trying to push a horse out of port while fighting off a horde of mobs.
It would be nice to be able to interact with horses in port again Just a minor tweak that probably won't affect most players, but I've found it annoying in the past.
