Hello for the past few months I have experienced an issue where the Horseman's horse spawns in most of the towns I'm in. Not only does it spawn the horse but it also plays a very loud laugh and sends messages in chat. I've been experiencing this ever since I started playing Loka(April) and I am decently sure this has only happened to Garama Towns and not any other continents.

I wasn't really sure if it is a bug or not since it hasn't been fixed but it is pretty annoying.

Yeah, I haven't seen this occur on Ascalon myself personally, that's interesting.
