Prevent this crap from being even remotely possible; it sucks, and I've lost five sets to it. If Vexes were too OP for the RIs why the hell is he allowed to spawn there?

If it spawns in on you, it teleports to you. In the wilds, you can usually get distance on it to the point that the teleport doesn’t work for him, but in the pack, condensed RIs you can’t.
