Ban Reason: Doxxing
Hello loka today I will be appealing my ban of doxxing. I have been banned for a decent amount of time and now I understand doxxing is very serious but I believe I should be unbanned due to me and Mcsamj being back to friends and him accepting my apology.
Why I was banned: I was reported for doxxing by my friend Mcsamj as at the time Dawnstar was in the midst of a conflict, in the heat of the moment, he reported me for doxxing. The information I released was already known by everyone in the vc and was only a board of schools not any specific location, even though the information was small I know how severe doxxing is no matter how insignificant the information released. I personally believe that I should have a second chance because I am a much calmer person now and me and Mcsamj are now friends again. I was also muted once for saying something mean to Coldarc and the people of her town. I sincerely apologize to anyone that I harmed and I hope they can forgive me in the future.
How I have changed: I have taken a huge break from Minecraft and the internet as a whole, only rarely playing Funniewars with some friends. I have apologized to Mcsamj for what I did, and we are back to being friends again. I am glad that Mcsamj was able to put this behind us and give me a second chance and I am now asking for another chance from the Loka staff and also the Loka community. My life has changed a lot, and I understand how foolish my actions were because I myself have been doxed and I now know how it feels. Going forward my goal on Loka is to make it a safe space for all where everyone can have fun.
conclusion: I hope that the Loka community and staff are open to me coming back and I hope you guys can give me a second chance. Since my ban I have not been involved in the Loka community AT ALL until a couple days ago when I started to talk to some of my old Loka friends again.
Ps. I accidently attempted to join the server on my other account and was flagged for suspicious activity I had no intent to actually log in and play and I didn't have any VPN or ping spoofer on either, it was a honest mistake from my muscle memory of logging on the server almost everyday for 3 years.
