1.19.4 messed with the enchantment glint so I put a pretty decent one that works into an overlay if you dont want to use the new trash one. Just place the overlay over the pack you want to use and it should fix it. lmk if theres any bugs also if u want me to combine all my overlays into one big overlay then let me know. You can also update your own if you by going to the misc folder in the texture pack and copying the enchant glint so you have 3, then just rename so they are the same as mine make sure the mcmeta file is also named the same as mine.

and if you want to fix kb sword then change the file in the optifine -> cit folder from "kb swords" to just "swords"

its gotta be manual but its not hard, will be updating all mine
