Why: Grinding lots of good food right now(steak,porkchop and mutton) is really hard and boring, especially when 70% of the mob spawn rates in Ascalon Plains for example, are rabbits and horses. If you don't have a lot of tiles for industry, getting good food is really hard and extremely time consuming to grind especially since 1 minecraft day is 10 minutes IRL, which already limits the time you can spend online to grind good food.
If biome specific mobs spawn rates were made rarer(for exampe: Llamas in Mountains, Parrots in Ancient Jungle or Horses in Plains etc.), grinding good food would be much more doable and less time consuming compared to pretty much all the other grinding in the server.
