To contribute to the theme of balance now pervading the server I have decided to break from Osiris and create a new alliance. We will not be in competition for the capital and will remain as neutral as possible. However, do not think that we will be pacifists. If we are given a reason to take sides then you can be sure we will be on the winning one. Many of you know of me, my history, and my vast pool of resources. If you don’t, ask around. The server historian in particular can inform you. However, it is my hope that this is not necessary. Our goal is to be productive, peaceful citizens of Loka and we are particularly looking to reach out to any new players joining the server.

If you have any questions or wish to join us feel free to contact myself or X_cavator or post them below.

Your "vast pool of resources" won't prevent you from losing all your territory and becoming irrelevant.

X_Cavator? If you wanted to appear desperate for allies you've succeeded with flying colors.

I look forward to mounting more of your heads on my Spire.

Since when have territories decided who is relevant or not? It has very little impact on gameplay if you choose not to participate. Continue attacking me if you wish, but I have stomped you before and can easily do so again.

As for allies, I have my choice of them, but only a few people have similar goals as I do currently. However, if necessary I can easily recruit Psych, Pearl, and friends. Like I said, I'd rather not do that. My preference is to work on my town in peace and continue improving the library which was the whole point of leaving Osiris. I'll leave that decision to you, though.

The last time we fought, I recall you threatened me in much the same fashion and I ended up killing you as you fled. If you're referring to the war, I was a green noob with no equipment or training and you were a raider with a host of other raiders at your beck and call. Times change. By all means, come out of that hole in the ground you call a city and we'll have some more fun together.

Feel free to call on whatever pawns you feel you need to shield yourself with. It makes no difference.

My only question is if you don't want to participate in territories and compete for capital then why do you have over 50 tgens and why are your allies expanding?

Seems counterintuitive.

As you once said to me, Zor,
Atra ono deyja ai nunaun dauth.
I am aware that nunaun means both beautiful and painful. Let me be clear, that I mean the second.

October was my first month back on Loka in half a year and I was very out of practice, had an unreliable connection, and the only gear I had to use was whatever was left from the last world. Despite that I was able to hold my own against 3-8 people (except for when I suicidally charged all of you on your inhibitor) and I won Capital. During that time I also had to focus on keeping my generator running and I spent a lot of time supplying Osiris with gear instead of making any for myself. So yes, of course I died to you, Artagan, and to several others. But I'll also point out the time outside Dragostei where I charged into the middle of all of your allies just to kill you and then for the fun of it I killed all of them as well.

I have a plan for a city above ground which Artagan is very aware of but it requires 1.8 so for now I will live underground. I see no point in building a home on the surface and then tearing it down. Also, I don't like walls. I have never had a wall around any city I built. So feel free to stop by and visit.

Why do I have so many territories? Well... what am I supposed to do with them? I had those before I left Osiris. I would like a few around the perimeter of my town to slightly expand its boundaries and make building easier, but other than that I don't care about them. I don't want someone to farm them without permission though. As for my allies, they have such little territory it hardly matters doesn't it? Unless we get some nuclear wars going and everyone else is annihilated we won't have anywhere close to enough to be in competition.

I would urge you guys to not make your decision so hastily. I am offering you peace. You have other enemies to be concerned about and if I were you I'd be stocking up supplies for Porpoise's army. Besides, I have nothing to lose. There is nothing you can take from me. I will say it again, myself and my allies will not compete for capital. You have no reason to attack me besides old grudges.

Hey old friend, you know better than anyone I'm not going to jump to conclusions. I've always tried to be as, for lack of a better word, neutral as possible when making decisions. I tried like hell to stay completely neutral as a builder until Psy pulled me back into it all. Rest assured, I was asking out of actual curiosity, not provocation. I'm more worried about the allies you've chosen. One in particular has done nothing but provoke conflict so be wary. That is of course not a threat, just a word to err on the side of caution because of how the actions of others promote conflict, as it's been painfully evident in the past.

I've still needed a conversation with you aside from all this. Need to discuss something that I'm sure may already be crossing your mind in light of recent events.

Sure Master, that was mostly directed at Vanguard. We do need to talk, although I'll be busy today so it'll probably have to wait.

I will be expanding my territories in the near future (read: when I'm not so lazy) to increase the buffer around my city. This allows me to terraform outside city limits without having to worry so much about the land being harvested or griefed. If you have any concerns let me know.

I don't think Argus will be too concerned with your alliance for a little while.. we have war elsewhere.
