So invasions have started... Right off the bat I see a glaring issue that needs to be addressed. Obviously I'm not going to be fighting seriously though, so either way I'm not too invested in the outcome, but I know many will be.
Straight out here is the problem. Everyone can show up. Although this sounds super cool and is meant to make the biggest battles possible it results in two (probably unintended) massive consequences.

- Invading towns can always have everyone they want help them invade. They never have to fight alone or prove the actual strength of their own town. This makes invasions incredibly easy for attacking towns as opposed to difficult. If they want reinforcements, that's fine, but there is simply no reason the mercenary system is not being used here.
- By allowing everyone to show up, this encourages town switching behavior even more. If your town has taken over your continent, now, you can safely join another town on the continent you wish to invade, fight for them, and your own town as they invade. Not only that, if some outside town tries to take advantage of you being out of the town (and continent) by invading, you can now show up to their invasions as a defender (even though you are currently in a different town on a different continent) allowing you to truly be everywhere.
