Suggestions:
  • Add invis back into Conquest/battlezones or swap out the spectral module with something new.

    This made the spectral module useless basically and I don't really know why this was removed in the first place, so if you know why can you answer it below, thanks.
  • Allow town members to see each other when invis.

    This made wilds fights weird and annoying because you can't use invis in a group fight otherwise you end up hitting or killing a teamate because you don't know who is who. Allowing only town members to see each others in-game tag while invis would be a pretty cool feature in my opinion. Back in an old post Jammin made a good point about CITs and invis.
    We just cant expect new players to join loka and know how to make CIT's to have a shot at winning fights out in the wilds.
    With this they won't need CITs and will still have that shot at winning fights out in the wilds with their town members. This could also replace a town level that does nothing.​

I think the invis removal was a good choice as anyone with a brain could just crit a player out and pearl away without being targeted and shouldn't be re-added. If I recall correctly the spectral mod only worked within a radius meaning there was still plenty of invis enemy's outside of it.

The spectral module rework is something that I brought up during the last LCR term and is def the way to go as it would allow a cool new mod update to a group that has remained the same for almost a year now.

So - 1 on the invis, +1 on the rework.

If you want to be visible to your town members then don't drink an invisibility potion. CIT pack balance isn't relevant because there's code that blocks them already.

An out-there idea for invis. I like the idea if you get combat tagged while using the invis effect, it instantly wears off. If it was implemented in this way it still allows players to not be targeted while playing in the back etc but you're not able to rush someone without the high chance you reveal your identity to others.
You could argue "just hold onto more invis potions" and sure while people could bring a bunch of splash invis if they wanna sacrifice that many inventory slots just for invisibility potions feel free.
Just a thought, would be nice to rebalance things rather than removing features.

Removing Invis from Conquest fights was in large part because of community sentiment. There is a lot of strategy lost in fights when you can't target any players, and all sides at the time agreed it sucked to have entire teams invis since it took out any ability to try to pick targets.

Yeah I can understand that, I just didn't know why it was removed, thank you though :D
