I don't know if this is just for me, but signs are invisible to me. I tried relogging, it aint working.

What Ron said. I would try checking if the signs are invisible by a glitch in your texture pack by switching to the default texture pack and checking if they're still invisible.

I fixed it. I just needed to restart my game.
