Suggestion Item Mailbox

Something I've always wanted is a place to be able to give items to my fellow Lokans without having to charge them for it on the market or wait for them to log on. I think having an item mailbox would be really cool and would provide people who have limited time and are in awkward time zones the ability to transfer items (for free) to their friends, as well as just being a convenience thing for everybody. Additionally, to prevent people using this as item storage, I suggest two other things: 1. You cannot mail yourself (you silly silly Lokans) and 2. There's a chest of space available in your mailbox to prevent people from just clogging it up.

We also have need to convert /mail from being an Essentials plugin feature to our own because #shardingthings. Perhaps this could be involved in that conversion.

+1 there is always that person that thinks they are hilarious picking up stuff you have dropped for someone from another town to grab. This could solve that and provide more security.
