Ban Reason: Harassment
Hello Lokans, I was banned around 4 months ago for harassment towards a player within the Loka community, I am making this as a way to receive input from other players within the Loka community who may have issues with me from their previous playing experiences whilst I was able to play. I as well want to use this as a way apologize to the Loka staff and any others I may have caused to have a worsened playing experience and give me their open input about me that way I can work on resolving any issues that we may currently have.
Apology
I would like to apologize mainly to the player who I harassed and I wish to fully take the blame for being banned for harassment although I do not know if they wish to have their IGN stated, I had been long time friends with them for a long period of time and did something very unacceptable in which I immediately regretted and tried to make amends in which I was initially ignored but was later thankfully forgiven. I find it unacceptable for me to treat friends who I care about deeply and attack them in the way that I did. I have been reflecting on these actions for the last few months since this incident and have tried to become a more likeable & understanding person as well as thinking about how others around me feel about how I am acting and treating them.
I also would like to apologize to many other players that I may have harmed during my time playing such as Kylaz, Prusso, and Coldarc who I have all treated in ways that I should not have and they did not deserve as they did nothing to me to deserve the treatment they did. I do not talk to these players often but I try to be more friendly around them to hopefully regain their trust as well as maybe be able to play with them in the future and if they wish to talk to me on discord about any problems they may still have with me I wish to be able to work them out. I understand if these people think I have done too much to be forgiven by them fully but I do wish for them to have a new insight on me and understand that I am not the same person I was when I got banned.
I would also like to apologize to the Loka staff as they decided to give me another chance after I had been previously banned for the incident with Sand Force discord and believed that I deserved another chance who I may have disappointed with this ban and truly wish I am able to play the server that got me into 1.20+ combat originally. I made a ranked appeal in October which was accepted and I was excited to play as I was forgiven by the staff who may have believed I had deserved to be able to play and may have disappointed with my behavior outside and inside within the community and wish for them to understand that since this incident I try to be different and will not make the same mistake again.
Why Should I Be Unbanned?
I understand I did something that some would find unforgiveable but I believe I have taken the correct procedures to begin working on myself and ensuring this does not happen again. I want to be able to enjoy the experiences of Loka like I haven't before such as playing during the Summer time with my friends when they are able to be active or even being able to grind ranked for the first time in a year as I am not going to be able to be as actively engaged after these next few summers prior to my ban. I am not asking to be instantly forgiven by the Loka staff or the community itself but for a chance to prove that I have changed as a person. I want to bring joy to people when they are around me instead of constantly bringing them down, I want to be able to be a big part of the Loka community such as when I was streaming for hours prior to my ban playing gank isle and bringing entertainment to those watching and try to introduce more people to the server that originally motivated me to swap to this version. If you believe that I should not be unbanned and wish to -1 my appeal that is fine as I will use it as insight to change myself for the better in the future.
