Hi loka, my name is Jeter_Cuse and I'm here to appeal my town betrayal ban on 07/02/25. (5 months ago)
Ban details:
I lived in a town called Dawnstar recruited by my friend carb, I played with him for a few weeks learning about the server and becoming accustomed with the friend group of Dawnstar, one of the people within this group known as "RocketMaid" I never took a liking to him targeting him with toxicity and such, which eventually lead to me finding out where his cash was stored. At first I never did anything with the knowledge but one day when carb wasn’t online I took all of the money and went on a spending spree at the market. I believe I spent around one shulker of cores, roughly 110k. Once carb returned he reported me for town betrayal to What777. Which led to me being questioned by him about all the cash I had spent. I went back and forth with him for quite a while denying that I did nothing wrong. But in reality I was just wasting his time for no reason at all, after our discussion I was permanently banned. After my ban I continued to harass what777 in dms on discord, further wasting his time.
Apologies:
I would like to apologize specifically to two people, as they were the ones I harmed the most. Rocketmaid and what777.
To what777, I'm not sure what drove me to waste your time on that day. But I understand the damage I have done and that it’s no joke. I messaged you in discord with apologies already but I would like to again on here. I sincerely apologize for what I have done to you.
And to rocketmaid. You never did anything bad to me, however I still decided to steal your items. I’m sorry for what I have done,I hope you can forgive me and see how I have improved as a person, hopefully we can become friends in the future.
Finally, to the rest of loka and staff. I would like to apologize for my trolling at cove debuffing 1v1s while naked and my previous negative bump ins with staff. (I stole a lore from Rolyy and got a 2 day ban administered by skuhoo, I hope you both can forgive me). My presence on the server was overall negative bringing nothing of value to the server and that’s my fault. I hope you can see my sincerity and remove my ban or shorten it, allowing me to play once again.
Improvements:
Over my ban I distanced myself from loka as a whole. Going back to where I was recruited from, only occasionally messaging carb and rolyy. When I got banned I was 15, now I'm 16. Although it's only been 5 months since my ban I've improved significantly as a person. And I personally understand what what777 went through while I wasted his time, as when I turned 16 I got a real life job, teaching me a lot of discipline and about the importance of time. I hope I'm given a second chance to show how much I've improved as a person.
Summary: After looking back at my well deserved punishment for town betrayal. I have reflected on what I have done and the impact it has had on the people involved. I can promise I will never act in this way again and only be a positive player within the Loka community.
