I started dueling someone while I was at docks in Zyre Cove.
Next thing I know is I end the duels and do /kill in docks and all my stuff drops.

Sometimes a forum post will bring greater visibility to a report, but it is not necessarily guaranteed to change the speed at which a report is resolved. Sometimes it's easy, sometimes it's not.
