KiwieeRobot for Slicer

Kiwiee would be a great addition to the Slicer community. I have watched him help the Filipinos of Loka learn the server while also welcoming the native English speakers with open arms. He is one of the few that I believe once becoming a Slicer would become a substantial part of this community even though he's in a different timezone.
