Dear Lokans,
It's been 1 year and 4 months since my mute and 10 months since my last appeal. I would just like to start off this appeal by apologizing to REDBUGGATI for "Harassing" him. I was muted for calling RedBuggati a "fat ass" in town chat. If any of you have been cash ran before it's infuriating when you lose everything you've worked months to obtain in an instant, I'm not trying to say my actions were justified by any means but I just wanted to let you guys know why I did what I did. Last year, I was slowly turning into a toxic loser who thought using slurs/ making fun of people was ok. This is evident in both my mute on the server which was justified and my IRL life. Last year I made a homophobic joke in school and as such I received a H.I.B (Harassment Intimidation Bullying). If you guys don't know what that is it's basically when you make a law which states that "any gesture or written, verbal or physical act or any electronic communication which is. (i) motivated by any actual or perceived characteristic such as race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity" and if you violate it the police get contacted and you are reprimanded. After this event, I took a break from social media and Minecraft to focus on myself and think about the direction in which my life was heading. Since then I've entered high school and realized that homophobic jokes or any jokes that directly make fun of someone for a physical/ethnic feature aren't funny at all and can seriously hurt a person mentally. I just hope that the Loka community can give me one final chance to enjoy the server which I spent most of my time in middle school playing. I genuinely believe that I'm reformed and I hope you guys believe it too.

Greetings luzz (loka staff). I have known _fybxr for almost 3 years, he really isnt very toxic and this sorta seems like a one off situation. I think that fybers break from social media deffinitly shows how commited he is to getting unmuted on loka, and I think that he has spent enough time muted to understand and really reflect on his actions. Alot can change in one year, especially for younger people. I deffinitly believed that fyber is reformed and deserved to be unmuted. I think he just really wants to msg his friends in game and stuff like that. I have a good feeling he will never be toxic in the future, and I think a unmute could be a great way to prove his changes with toxicity. +1 till its done.
