Implemented let us collect axolotl's

As of right now we are unable to get ourselfs a pet axolotl, I would really like if we could.
i just thought why not since there is lush caves and there are axolotl's in loka, just let us collect them pls.

i couldnt when i was in a lush cave a few hours ago, thats why i made the suggestion
