No Plans to Implement Library Books

Personally, I like this aspect of the library- it keeps the books that can only be found there as almost relics, whereas there are copies of some of the books in the library out in the wilds. It's also kind of what some of those authors wanted, for the book to be published in the library so no one person has it.

I do like the idea of renting a book though. It could be interesting, where you could make a copy of the book and then within 24 or 48 hours, it vanishes. That way you don't have to be online to return it. I am curious, though, why you would want to rent a book, rather than just read it there in the library?

Llama has a point, why rent a book when it’ll take you max 30 minutes to read in the library ?

I want to be able to take out some of the brewing books so I can learn how to brew... I only recently found out that they had a lot of them in the library.

Several of the brewery books found in the library, I'm told (by people who know a lot more about brewing than I), are relatively inaccurate and/or missing important recipes. For more information on brewing, I'd recommend asking around for people who have more precise books to sell you a copy of one.
