Hi dear Lokans, LightAndDqrk playing Loka for quite a bit long actively, active on Guide chat, and has good knowledge of Loka, On the backside, he really helped us Translate stuff and create a Guide for Turkish players. He sometimes steals builds from other towns but we all have bad habits SO I believe this guy should be slicer.
