Implemented Lock Map arts

Perhaps pay orbs to have it so that your map arts cannot be copied. Regular map arts CAN be copied, but if it has the tag "Unable to be Copied" then nobody can make duplicates. This way people can make special map art (One of a kind pieces) that dont get spread everywhere. (Gives value to art and people can make actual valuable art museums)
