Loka Civ 5 Map

Recently I've been a little bored so over the past couple of days I have dedicated my time to both creating and playing a Loka Civ V Map. Although I created the map for myself I figured I might as well share it for all those Lokans that also enjoy Civ 5. The map is an (almost) realistic 1:1 tile map of the Lokan world painted as a Civ V map. There are certain portions that have been cut off, made smaller or entirely moved (as you can see in the picture below) but for the most part, the major landmasses are accurate.

Now there are two versions of the map. A version where I placed all the resources (Loka(PlacedResources)) and one where the map editor did it (Loka(RandomResources)). In the version I did, I think I fairly accurately represented the resources of each biome. For instance, you will find sheep on Kalros, cattle on Ascalon, wheat in the Wheat Fields, bananas in the Jungle and ruins at the sites of current towns on Loka. The random version won't do this however when looking at fair gameplay the random version will provide a better experience.

The map is extremely large (the max size it would let me go to (thanks to Ascalon)). You should probably play with around 16-18 Civs and 12-16 City States to fill up the map. I wouldn't recommend it if you have a crappier PC.

(I haven't tested it in MP but if it's just a friend and you I would recommend adding a couple of AI).

To "install" the map(s) put them into your "Maps" folder located (at least for me) in This PC > Documents > My Games > Sid Meier's Civilization 5. It should appear under additional maps when picking your map in the setup game screen. Be sure to place each individual map in, not just the folder.

If anything seems off or needs fixing send me a message through Discord.
