Like an LCR in a way but more of an LCR captain as such voted by players and current LCR’s votes count as 2-3 votes instead of one like an electoral college

3/3 TLDR (Loka president) i thought this idea would be a cool little unique event or more of a more important LCR who understands what the community and staff want.

-1 just seems like a weird aesthetic rank, people who don't care to contribute already run for LCR giving more cool and overall unnecessary bonuses for such things isn't good imo

SOTS are pretty regular now, contribute in those if you'd like to or just run for LCR and actually be helpful
