Suggestion Loka ruins

Don't allow players create a town on a loka ruin if he/she wasn't the full owner of that ruins when it was a town.

From my point of view is not good to see players making a town on a ruins with/without a reason because that town has a long history behind some simple ruins. For example, Ruins of New Fruitopia. A player literally destroyed all the walls (what apparently is punishable for what I've seen in the rules) then the town was deleted and long time after that another town was created in the same tile, but guess what, some players destroyed all underground buildings like rooms or the war room. I don't really know why you need to do that, there are hundreds of tiles to create a town instead of a ruins.
Lmk your opinion.

Let Loka history rest in peace.

i think the real solution to this is to add ruins to regen so they can reappear afterwards,
This. People tend to make really nice towns, the towns then become resettled and destroyed in the process.

Restoring the town to the original ruin and then letting it ruin over time would be the best outcome in my opinion.

Restricting player town Locations isn't an option.

I don't like the idea of blocking people from inhabiting tiles that are ruins, otherwise that could only continually reduce the amount of tiles people could make towns on. Plus, towns become ruins precisely because those players quit. If they never come back, that shouldn't serve to lock out that tile potentially permanently.

The better thing to do, we think, is koi's idea of taking a snapshot of the town before it gets re-towned and then, depending on what people do with that ruin/town/build, restore the snapshot back if they just wind up turning it into a big grief.
