now I bought this premium account yesterday and I never entered the loka, but I was banned. I got a perm ban in the previous premium because I entered with the Hitler skin. Reiwa said that I can't open the other account because it is permed, you need to open a ban request from the forum, how can I do it or can you directly unban me on the current account?
