Loot Bundles Discovered in Ruins!

Breaking news!

Several reports indicate the existence of Loot Bundles within Ruins. They are said to look like the Loot Bundles from Shrines, but hold much different loot, including enchanted diamond gear! Items from these Loot Bundles appear to spawn with custom lore stating where they were found.

Some questions I have regarding these...

+ Are there specific conditions under which these can spawn, or can they spawn anywhere in a Ruin?
+ I assume they respawn in a new location whenever they refresh, but how often does that refresh occur, and are we sure they move each time?
+ How many can be in a Ruin at once?
