Suggestion Mailing Lists

Not very practical since we have Discord, but hey, its more for the novelties.

A mailing list, that way if we want to mail a bunch of people for whatever reason. We can. Maybe after the third person, a price of 10 shards per person following the list. Can be private, can be public, Yada yada.

Honestly not expecting this to be accepted, but hey, an idea.
