Suggestion Make double-layering road blocks create a functioning road

Make double layering any road block(not just cobble under the road) give you speed in towns with the perk. Allows to make bridges into roads that give you a boost without looking uggo from the bottom. Also add deepslate/cobbled deepslate to the list of road blocks.
