We should me able to message muted players because its so annoying we are not the ones muted they are so remove it

This has already been discussed awhile ago. The outcome will probably be the same

Fellow Lokanians,

Probably everyone on the server has a friend who is muted. When you're not in the same town as that person, the only way to talk to them on the server, is trough the public chat. Since that's not really ideal, I came up with a possible solution.
What if muted people could respond to private messages, but not start one themselves. This way the muted people still have a way to communicate to the unmuted people on the server.
This way, you can talk to muted people again only if YOU start the conversation yourself.
I don't know if this is even possible to implement, but lmk what you think.
