being able to put them in a echest would be way to overpowered so please make it where you can put them in a personal vault or make it to where you can only put 10 shulkers in a personal vault

I already know it's not gonna be accepted, and it's because your personal vault isn't supposed to replace towns as a mean of storage.

Once people realize that personal vaults are better at storage for everything, then the point of towns (values of wealth) will be gone.
