the server has been facing a lot of performance problems and id say around 70% of players have had a ping increase since the host change

EU host would change:
better ping for players in eu/middle east/india, plus a lot of eu players don't play loka because of the NA ping leading to an influx of new players
NA players would see an increase in ping but they are a smaller percentage of the player base and I think east asians will stay the same
loka would be able to have a far stronger machine due to hosts in EU being far cheaper

London host is crazy, people in Turkey would be at 150ms and us 1% in Africa will be like 130-170
